2 cups sugar (dark brown)
1/2 cup boiling water Combine wet ingredients, then gradually add 8 1/2 cups un-sifted all-purpose flour (start with beater finish with spoon) do not over beat. Let dough rise 1/2 hour (Cool spot, maybe even in fridge) Roll out, cut, bake at 350 Watch for doneness! May freeze rolls of unbaked dough to slice and bake later.
