To activate dial: 

*66 (or 1166 on a rotary phone)

To de-activate dial:

*86 (or 1186 on a rotary phone)

Helpful Hints:

1. In some areas, this service can only be used with local landline numbers.
2. In some areas, instead of hearing a busy signal, this service will be offered through a recorded announcement.
