Call Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward calls to an alternate number.

To activate dial:

72#, then dial the number you wish to forward calls to.

To de-activate dial:

73#, and listen for confirmation tone.

Helpful Hints:

1. If you are using a rotary phone, omit the pound key (#) and simply wait for 4-seconds and then continue.
2. In some areas you may still hear one (1) short ring on your phoneline. This is simply to let you know that a call was forwarded. You can not answer the call on your line without disabling this feature first.
3. In some areas, you can get Remote Call Forwarding. This is a service which allows you to manage call forwarding from another telephone through an access number and PIN. Contact your telephone company's business office for assistance with adding this feature to your line.
