Busy Call Forwarding
This feature allows you to forward calls to an alternate number or voicemail when your phoneline is busy or off the hook.

To activate:

contact your telephone company's business office.

To de-activate:

contact your telephone company's business office.


Helpful Hints:

1. With AT&T U-verse, you can activate this service by dialing *90, followed by your forward-to number, then press pound (#). To de-activate dial *91#.
2. This service is usually bundled with Voicemail. However depending on your telephone company, you may be able to purchase this feature seperately and use a verticle service code (Star Code) to activate or de-activate. Call your telephone company's business office for more information.
