Ingredients
2-3 russet potatoes, quartered and sliced 1 inch pieces
3-4 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium onion, quartered and cut in half
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet - cover with foil and spray with Pam.
In a small bowl mix rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper and set aside.
Cut up the potatoes and onions then toss with oil and spice mix; then pour onto cookie sheet. Bake in oven 30-40 minutes until potators are just tender. Stir potatoes after 20 minutes to help with browning.
This recipe can be used with other vegetables too! Try broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, brussel sprouts, and pasnips.
